How our targets work

An aerial target drone has to fly like a real threat — yet stay under the full control of the range. See how we combine realistic flight profiles and safe live-fire into a single training system.

From launch to debrief in three steps

Every cycle is repeatable — you launch the target, the unit trains, you debrief the result and run it again.

01

Launch the target

The operator selects a flight profile based on the scenario and unit level — a straight fly-by, a maneuvering course, or a hover over the target area. The target takes off and holds the defined trajectory.

02

Detect & lock

The unit practices identifying the aerial target, tracking it and achieving target lock. The target moves like a real drone, so the drill matches a genuine threat.

03

Engage & evaluate

The hit is followed by a debrief. The target is designed to be reusable — run the same scenario again.

What makes the training realistic

Six building blocks that turn our targets into a credible — and safe — aerial threat.

Realistic flight profiles

Straight fly-by, maneuvering course and hover — the target mirrors the behavior of a real drone, including changes in speed and direction.

Live-fire safety

The target is built for live fire in a controlled area. We are developing the new control system so that defined corridors, geofencing and fail-safe keep the flight within safe limits.

Ground control station

We are developing an interface from which the operator controls the flight profile, the area and any abort. The goal is clear controls that let you start a scenario within minutes.

More about the software

Repeatability & data capture

We are developing flight recording and capture of profile and hit data to give training a measurable picture of the unit's progress.

Rugged construction

A rugged frame designed for field use, vibration and harsh weather — the target is built for repeated use, not a single flight.

Modularity

Swappable modules and standardized parts cut maintenance time and let you adapt the target to a specific training scenario.

Built for jamming

We design our drones to survive in combat environments, even under jamming.

A real threat, in full control

Live fire against an aerial target is a demanding discipline where safety comes first. Our targets are designed so that credible training never comes at the cost of control over the area.

  • Controlled area. The target is intended to fly within the designated range area with a clearly defined safety zone.
  • Defined corridors. We are developing monitoring of the pre-set trajectory and altitude to keep the flight within safe limits.
  • Fail-safe. We are developing a safe mode that the target enters on loss of link or a fault — a controlled landing or stop within the designated area.
  • Instant abort. We are developing a single command that lets the operator stop the flight at any moment from the ground control station.
